burnt a lot of calories i think. did a lot of housework and jogged a bit. and nearly blew off my top during tuition. felt so lousyyyy. hai~ i really wish i could be a better teacher. but sometimes i really feel so exasperated. and there's the situational factors too. it's really hard. sigh~ and more crap was awaiting me at home. great.
